Dear Wayne,

I just wanted to write and compliment Diego Zamora and his crew. During our roof replacement, we had zero problems. Diego took care of the satellite placement, which was our biggest concern, he let us know when he was going to do it and checked back in after to ensure that everything was okay. Aside from the sounds (which were music to my ears) we hardly even knew they were here. The complete operation has been completely efficient, neat, and very productive. I have to compliment the professionalism of Diego and the crew. They were all very polite and friendly. I really extend the highest praise to them.

Thanks for all your organization, feedback, and follow through. It has been a pleasure dealing with your company. I would recommend you to anyone.

Sincerely,

Dear Wayne,

Very often projects are started, completed, and everyone involved moves on to the next project with out a word being said, why? Because the job was completed, there were no issues, the job was done correctly, The only time words are spoken is when there is a problem.

After a while it starts to get old for the good contentious hardworking people out there that take pride in their work. I would like to say that in the 20 years or so that I have been entrusted to select, train, and supervise people, that whoever put this crew together did an outstanding job, This speaks well of leadership but more so of every man on the job. They were courteous, professional, and all seemed to work to that one common goal of lets get it done and get it done right.

I was charged with being the middle or point man of the project, updates were timely, issues were discussed and corrected before they became problems, I did not haveto wonder what was going on while the crews were working. It made my role in all of this very simple,

I wish to thank you all for a job well done, and unfortunately the only way you will know that it was well done is if you never hear from me again,

Regards,

To Whom it May Concern,

I wanted to take the time to let you guys know what a great job DDP has done while putting up the new roof here in Brace Road. Now, I don’t know a whole lot about the roof itself (looks great to me) but what I can tell you is that all the men working on the roof were gentlemen and conscientious of the fact that this was a place of business and they handled themselves very professionally. The branch was kept up to speed daily on the progress and we couldn’t have been more pleased with the communication. Also, it is important to point out that extra consistent precautions were taken to ensure the safety of our staff and customers. The caution tape was put up daily surrounding the work area. The work area perimeter was clearly marked with signs. The workmen never left the work perimeter open. I found this to be a great accomplishment considering the amount of times through the day that they had to bring down the caution tape to bring in supplies or machines. Immediately the tape went back up.

At the end of every work day, the workmen cleaned up the work area and swept the lot as well! We never knew workmen could clean that well! We even had a customer comment on how nice of a job they did cleaning up.

And no … DDP did not pay me to say any of this. I have been present for “construction” at another office and I was astounded at how smoothly this process went.

We love our new roof. Thanks!
